Greenwich is OK if you want to live and work in London, as a low paid Social Worker for the rest of your life. Goldsmith's is a bit better, you could become a Supervising Social Worker or even a Probation Officer with their degree. As for South Bank? Keep away! To get a degree at South Bank you only need to know how to spell your name correctly, as for the course work, spelling and grammar don't matter. For many years, Industry has complained to Government that Graduates can not do the work that they studied for. In many cases, this is true as it is common knowledge that a thesis is marked not on spelling and grammar but on the examiner thinking he knows what the student is trying to say. Kingston is OK. LSE has a great International reputation for Business and Economics and Brunel is reputable in Technology but sadly for most other subjects you will have to look elsewhere. For Law, try Southampton. For most subjects, assuming your father is rich and famous, Oxford and Cambridge. Durham Uni also has a good reputation. Basically, for a Uni, you have to consider whether you want to work hard and obtain a degree that says that you worked hard and have full knowledge of the area you studied or whether you want to be a lazy sod and get a degree based simply on tutors and examiners pretending to understand what you are trying to say, even though you don't have a clue and have just written 10,000 words of absolute garbage. Remember, when leaving Uni, if you can't apply what you are supposed to be knowledgable in, you will last no longer than a few weeks in a job and then spend the rest of your life on benefits, like many others.
