Could i be pregnant?

Question

Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex for 3 days before i was suppose to start my period. I did start the next day but it didnt last as long. I've heard u can have bleeding and still be pregnant. Now i've been having headaches, i've been sick at my stomach, and a small fever. I heard another sign was your boobs getting sore but that hasn't happened yet. My next period should be in 2 days and i ALWAYS have cramps before but none yet. Is it likely i could be pregnant?

I doubt that you could be pregnant. A woman with a normal cycle (28 days) usually ovulates in the middle of her cycle- say day 14. I say u have just contracted a virus and are feeling ill from this. So best to either wait it out, or get a blood test in about a week. Good luck

There is always a chance you could be pregnant if you had unprotected sex. If your period is due in 2 days, take a test on the day its due or you can get one of those earlier pregnancy tests that can detect if you're pregnant 5 days before your period is due.
If you are really stressed and worried about the fact that you could be pregnant, it can delay your period starting so stay calm and go see your doctor.

You are most likely to get pregnant the week after your period, BUT you can get pregnant any time. The symptoms you have are all pregnancy symptoms as well as PMS symptoms. The best way for you to know is to take a home pregnancy test, that can show results as early as 5 days before your missed period! Good luck!
