It was 3 yrs.ago that I had to check up with doctor at the hospital when I got gastritis and he gave me a some medicines that I needed.

actually, it was just on Monday. I had some "moments of realization" and now have to deal with it. It kinds coincides with my New Years resolution that i wont be taken advantage of and Im nobodys "door mat"
