Oh good grief! If you need to write an essay about "a friend in need is a friend indeed", then you need to know what the expression means.
It means that when someone needs something from you, they will be the best of friends to you. These same people may only treat you as a part-time friend when everything is going good, but as soon as they need something, you're suddenly their best friend...ergo, "a friend in need is a friend indeed"

A friend in need is going to have to be on his best behavior when it comes to asking you for help--you have a chance to see that someone needs you and it is a chance for you to be the good guy. You won't abandon a friend--it is nice to help a person. You'll feel good and have a friend for life that will help you when you need it--everybody wins. If you turn him down--you will feel like crap all day. And he will probably not think much of you. We are all supposed to help our fellow man. Don't forget that..... do the right thing and good luck

A true friend is someone who will never leave u'r side
He will always be here 4 u. When u r in problem no need to tell him help me cuz he will already be here to help u
Wen u r sad he will be here to confort u
Wen u r happy he will be happy

true friends always beside us helps us ;care about us ,and the most important to be honest
so as we be good with ur friend he will be good with u .
