Can RADIUM Injections be given by at a local doctors surgery?

Why would you need radium injections? If it's only an injection, then probably a doctor can do it in office, but I've never heard of such a thing. If you need a radium IV infusion to kill a tumor, then that would be done in a hospital or cancer center.
