Yes indeed. it is a power problem. not sufficient wattage from ur power supply. get a new one with higher rating.

Try putting that new RAM stick alone on the slot closest to the processor. If the problem persists, that RAM stick could be defective; unless it is one of those high performance RAM that require higher than normal voltage. That RAM is generating random error signals that cause the shutdowns.

The sticks aren't fully seated in socket is one reason
You added more memory and now are overloading the power supply is another reason
You didn't buy Samsung Ram or Ram compatible with your PC motherboard
