Wots a yeast infection?

i reaaaally wanna know wot exactly is a yest infection,,, cuz i think im infected wid tht,, im not sure though,, inchiness, burning sensation, wet throughout- im not honry the whole day :P... pin pricking sensation,, it doesnt smell different,,, could u tell me wot exactly is yeast infection???--n yeah i did use condoms before makin out-- thnx!

a yeast infection is a condition that affects women..but babies can get it aswell...its an over growth of bacteria growing usually in the vagina or even on the penis..its whitish porridge thick type of appearence..bit like curdled yoghart..and it had a distinctive smell like yeast..you can buy creams or tablets from your chemist..eat yogart..everyday and you can also put into your vagina tell balance the bacteria levels;
dont bathe with soaps or perfumes..add a fe drops of tea tree to the bath...get as much fresh air down there as possible..no undies to bed etc
