Just wondered. I'm just imagening some poor family in the squalor of Delhi's slums, getting a phone call to upgrade their mobile phone plan.

BTW, lets for the fun of it assume their rich enough to afford a landline :P

No, the Indians do not get these calls. They all have jobs making the calls, taking hotel reservations, and answering distress calls from customers of various U.S. companies.

There is only 1 phone in India & to use it you have to make 10 tele calls to pay for your call.

i am so sick of them ............. i hope they get plagued with telemarketers at every meal....... toilet break........... and bedtime..............................
