how can i quickly get rid of bloating and fluid retention?

stomach bloated due to pill i think
fluid retention is causing me to have cellulite down to my ankles and on my arms

I find eating bread bloats my stomach something terrible. You can get fluid tablets from your Dr if he thinks you need them. Soda water is good to drink NO SUGAR in it.

Eating salty foods can make you bloated. Try to cut down and stick to vegetables.
