It sounds like an infection could be going on such as a yeast infection. The only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.

use cool water instead and dont use the powder this will ust irritate it cos the skin in that area is very sensitive. go to a family planning clinic or your doctor if its still like this in a week cos there may be something more serious lurking.

I don't understand where the cuts come from. Try talking to a Dr because the itchiness concerns me, could be thrush effected or something else please use condoms for sex to protect yourself from Sexual diseases.
