Who do you think will die in Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows?

I Really hope that Voldemort dies and Harry does not, but it seems a good guess that Harry is a Horcrux because he has some of the powers Voldemort possesses hisself. I do feel really sad though because i think that might well happen that Harry Potter and Voldemort will die. in a case though as people have said that another author will take over to a sequel - i say that is quite untrue as think of the copyright on her books. The person will be sued most definetly.

I just really hope that Harry, Ron or Hermione will die.

Everyone knows that two of the main characters are going to die. Harry i most likely going to die from saving someone. I believe it will be Ginny because he told her he wanted her to be safe and that Voldemort would come after her, She is not going to listen and appear when Harry and Voldemort are fighting. He is going to die saving her but not before killing Voldemort himself. Think about. If she didn't want anymore sequels after she dies or even write them herself she would have to kill Voldemort. If Voldemort is still alive after Harry and the second character he is going to go after the third and last person from the trio remaining. Why? Because they helped try to kill him numerous times. That would make for another couple of books, maybe just one, and then it wouldn't be over. They could also write about what Voldemort does to the Magical World and the Mortal world with his powers... Death Eater... Dementor.. And who knows? He might even get Giants and Inferid.

As for what people are saying about the leaked copy- I don't believe and only will whenm I see it printed in the book.

And I don't hope those three die because I am in to the Happy endings. How can you be fan and want them to die? I want Harry and Ginny together and Ron and Hermione but that is not going to happen,.. I have already given up on it.. Faced the facts.... But that doesn't mean I want them to die.

And another author take over? I think not. She will not let it happen and readers will not read because it will not be the same. It is never the same....

Ron dies.
Lupin dies.
Percy dies.
Voldemort dies.
Snape dies.

BELLATRIX KILLS RON! Ron is killed by Bellatrix Lestrange in The Battle of Hogwarts, but Neville finishes off Bellatrix after Ron weakens her before his own death.
Harry is NOT a horcrux.
Voldemort kills Snape.
He and Dumbledore were indeed working against the Dark Lord and when he finds out the truth about Snape---well, Volemort finishes him off.
Voldemort is finally killed in the Department Of Mysteries.
As Voldemort steps out into the area with many doors, Harry opens the locked door, and Voldemort is destroyed by a blinding light of pure love.
It heals Harry, who's close to death (BUT----he does not die).
It's a pretty neat book-----The cover art of the book shows Voldemort and Harry at the Deathly Hallows, Harry is attempting to summon Voldemort’s Horcrux, as Voldemort is doing his best to keep the enchantment in place.
Harry does not lose his powers in the end and winds up with Ginny and has children of his own with her.

I don't think that Harry is a Horcrux, i mean Harry will die sooner or later, why would Voldemort make him a Horcrux then? It's a waste.
Anyway, I reckon Hermione will die, and Ron will be really devastated because of it.
Otherwise, Ginny will die and Harry will be devastated.
Or maybe Harry dies, what would make Ginny depressed.
Seriously, there's no doubt that one of the Trio will die. Or maybe even two of them... J.K. said that two of the main characters will die, so maybe one of the Order (Lupin? Weasleys? Moody?), although they aren't really main...
Oh well, I don't know. Let's just wait untill it comes out! I'm freaking out, really...

To the person who says that they've read the book already, don't be RUDE and ruin the ending for the rest of us! And I don't believe you already have the book!

I believe Voldemort will die. I also believe that Hadrig and Hermione will die.

Can't wait to find out! I'm sad about it too though!

Voldemort would almost certainly die..i feel that Harry might die too, and although i don't really favour the idea, i'd rather have him dead than him survive only to have either/both ron and hermione killed..maybe someone dear to harry, like Lupin or Hagrid..

Mad-eye Moody, Voldemort, Wormtail, Snape, Fred, Dobby, and Hedwig all die, Ron marries Hermione, and Harry marries Ginny.

JKR has said that TWO MAIN CHARACTERS die.
i really cant fathom who will.
either harry OR voldemort and im guessing one of harrys friends.
i really dont think that harry would be a horcrux. its too out there and predictable. it is possible though.
i just cant see JKR killing both of them off that way though.
it makes sense, yes, but JKR has said herself that the ending is suprising and didnt think anyone would guess it. she said that careful readers might have some idea though.
think about it, shes been planning and thinking up these books for 17 years, and probably has a spectacular, unfathomable ending to it.

I agree with you and think Harry may well be a Horcrux and in order to kill Voldemort, he must kill himself. I think this would be a sad ending as I don't want Harry to die. It would be nice to see, if Harry did die, he came back as a ghost.

Ok, snape does die, Dumbledore does NOT die in the 7th. He dies in the 6th. And yes Dobby dies and saves Harry. Mad Eye Moddy Colin Creevy Remus Lupin Dora Tonks Voldemort Bellatrix The snake And a whole bunch other!
