Meth detoxes from your body relativly fast, generally 3-7 days depending on your level of use. Eat plenty of good food, drink water, get al ot of rest. You probably need it and learn from your mistakes.

Jail can be an effective way to detoxify. It would take a sentence of at least a year.

According to a deputy sheriff I've talked to, some meth addicts who have gone too far have such brain damage that even a long prison term doesn't work any more.

Good luck and be well.

hi i am not sure of the available store remedies for this but i can offer you some advice having had a similar close experience myself. Meth really screws with your thoughts most of all but has effect also on your body i.e eating patterns, sleeping it is so so nasty.
The best thing to assist you is WATER..clean and lots of it. Totally flush out your system.
Include a generous ammount of physical excercise, as your body and mind is attracted to the addiction of meth suplement it with another addiction but a very healthy one.
Utmost control your thoughts, beleive in yourself, reach out to the ones you love for support and see beauty in the world around you.
I know this may sound kind of "gay" but its real, break it, control it and flush it out, honestly this is the best advice and never go near it again.

GOOD LUCK :)

I just saw a TV special about meth and it's scary how quick it can take control of you, and how quickly your life can be completely destroyed. Stop taking it right now and never take it again. Eat right, exercise, take vitamins - it's a good but stop taking it no matter what! Otherwise you'll be in and out of jail, without a job, beating up those you love and dead within a couple years!!! Is it worth it?
