what are the disadvantages of INTEL CPU Pentium E2140? Is it better performance than Pentium D 925?

It is definately better than the Pentium D because it uses Inte's new Core Microarchitecture. It is not as good as the Core 2 Duos however because it has slower FSB, and it has a cut down amount of cache.
