I had this last time before my period as well. also i get bowel movements but this time its been very bad. my last period was really heavy.

i haven't been on the pill for over a year and its been only recently my periods are becoming regular. i've read a few questions similar but these ones are either pregnant or IBS.

i've also got PCOS and i'm wondering could this be a cause for my bad stomach pains?

Please help as my doctors are useless.

thanks

It could be the PCOS but it sounds like something else is going on in addition to the PCOS. Some of what you describe were symptoms I had as part of dealing with endometriosis before I knew that's what it was.

I know you said that doctors are useless to you but this really needs to be evaluated by a doctor to see if endometriosis is a possibility for the symptoms you are having.

Hi. Have u even been tested for Celiac Diseae? Both IBS and POCS are common misdiagnosis for Celiac. Also many ppl with Celiac, dont really have POCS but they do have the cysts, however when they go Gluten Free after a diagnosis of Celiac, they find the cysts (and therefore pains and effects of it) go away.

I would sugest you see a doc (your OB will do fo rnow) and ask for the blood test for Celiac. If the test is inconclusive or negative u can ask to see a GI doc to see if u need an endoscopy. If ur blood work is positive, it means you will need to be on the Gluten Free diet for life, but your symptoms wille ventually go away (You will still need to eat gluten free for life--until they make a medicein for it!)

Feel free to email me for more info. I was both misdiagnosed with IBS and POCS before being correctly diagnosed with Celiac..
