You can have more than 200 people. Eric Chua Yanshan Manyas has like 700 people.

200 is the limit. If you get to 200, you have to delete some to add more.
You can have as many fans as you want.

I suppose that 200 would be a reasonable upper limit, but in practise you would use only two at a time. Remember that the third eye is blind. :-)
