the news talks about how girls get killed/raped because of posting their address and stuff... why cant people just be less stupid?
imo, myspace is a good way to keep in touch with friends, chat, and have fun. i actually just found one of my best friends that i haven't talked to in 5 years because she moved to colorado. we now keep in touch and im very thankful for the existence of the website.
i just don't see why parents would be so mad to find out their child had a profile. it doesn't do any harm if we're responsible, right?

because it consume there kids people stay on there all day for hours and now some people won't leave home because of it also because my-space has so many sexual predators on there and kids/teens ain't smart enough to make sure they know the person they are adding

I don't hate myspace but some common sense is required. Hasn't anyone heard John Walsh's message about posting vital information over the internet? Beware, don't throw caution to the wind when on line.

MySpace is great fun, and it's no less safe than any other kind of interaction on the net - Parents need to educate their kids about how to keep safe online, whatever they're doing.

while you're in 8th grade and up and function numerous buddy which you realize in genuine existence, then sure you will adore myspace. i've got be conscious that the persons who continuously say "myspace is over rated" are those that as quickly as that they had one, they in simple terms had 40 friends that throughout the time of no way talked to them....and 0.5 of them have been bands.

Myspace can be annoying. It's all about kids meeting people online (which is not always a bad thing, don't get me wrong.) but talking about other peoeple onlie about stuff maybe they shouldn't be.

I am a parent and I see nothing wrong with myspace.I'm on it,and so are my children.As long as they are responsible and don't give out info to strangers I see no harm.I hope this helps some.

well, i find myspace annoying because people always asks "oh yeah, do you have a myspace??" the question gets soo annoying
