I was out shopping, and I'd gone into a shop, minding my own business. Some bloke whistles at me as I go by, and I feel my fists clenching, but I ignore it.
Then I'm just getting something from a basket on the floor and he comes up behind and slaps my @ss!!! So I turn round, grab him and KO him! As he comes round he mutters something about suing so I ran!
Should I get a lawyer involved? Should I be worried?

I wouldnt be worried its a plain case of sexual harrassment...you were only acting in defense to your general well being...IF by some odd chance he does try to prosecute you should have nothign to worry about.
Only worry about gettin a lawyer IF he tries anything, but honestly I wouldnt worry

He know he wouldn't win if he did. He's just giving you an empty threat. I'd ignore it and go about my business if I were you. After all it wouldn't be worth it to go through all that trouble just to slap some ***.
