Some girls can develop later than others but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is for to have this situation evaluated by her doctor.

The average age for a girl to start entering puberty is 11/12 and sometimes 13.

This is a natural factor as 12-15 years is the age of puberty for girls in India.

Everyone is different. Puberty usually starts between ages 10 to 15 in boys, puberty usually starts between ages 8 to 13 in girls. In both genders, it may also start early. Puberty can show in many ways. She may not have breast yet (if that is what you mean) but she may have pubic hairs, her voice might have/be changing, and she might have gained weight. Don't always think big boobs when you think of puberty in girls.

I dont reallly think their is a 'right age' for puberty some girls start as early as 9 and some girls even start when their 15/16.Depends on your body so dont worry if you start late its no problem. If the girl is really worried ask her to talk to her doctor but its no problem really.

Puberty can begin as early as age 8 and as late as age 18 (note I said begin). Mother Nature has her own way of determining whether a girl or boy is ready for adulthood. Nothing you can do will rectify the situation, let nature take its course.

puberty in girls hits when they reach around 12-13 years old... in spite of that it doesnt necessarily mean that every girl has got to reach puberty when they become 12 or 13... some girls get their fisrt menstrual period even at a younger age (like 9 years old) while others get theirs later (around 15-16)...

genetics plays a major role in determining what age a girl may enter the adolescent phase of her life... find out how old her mum reached puberty and you may be 'enlightened'...

around 8
but by that age that should of at least look like shes filled a little like hips or pubic hair on under arms or private areas if not go to a doctor and ask about it cause there is a disease i dont know what it is called but its when kids look really young at older ages and they have menopause early and ends period early. but r u sure ur just mistaking it because she hasnt grown breast yet cause it is actually kind of unnormal for her to not start puberty yet at that age.
