Which is "fastest" will depend alot on the specific application... but let's come back to that. Full details on the 997 version of the GT2 have not yet been released by Porsche, but it is coming and between the details we do know, and looking back at the 996 versions of these cars, we can make some very sensable guesses to fill in the blanks.
The GT2 is not so much a Turbo withouot the AWD, but a GT3 with an upgraded version of the Turbo engine. The GT3 has some substantial differences thoughout that are different, and more appropriate for fast driving (at the cost of comfort) compared to the turbo. The GT2 also features more power from the engine (expected to be 530hp for the 997 GT2).
The GT2 will be the fastest of the group in most situations. However, the AWD of the turbo could offer it an advantage in some situations if traction were an issue. Likewise, while the turbo has more power than the GT3, the GT3's suspension and lighter weight would give it superior lap times around most tracks, even though for day to day street driving, the turbo would be quicker (and probably easier for a less skilled driver to get more performance).

OK, heres the rundown.
The GT2 is the ultimate 911. Its the fastest, RDW, turbocharged, and generally scary fast. Its much more than a RWD turbo. Its up 50 hp (or so they say, they usually under-rate the actual output on the GT2s) up, suspension is MUCH more harsh, and historically they havent had traction control and such (the 997 does). Theyre the "scary" 911.
The GT3 is the track oriented 911. Its much more pure (non-turbo), handles better, RWD, and is the second most "pure" 911, behind the GT3 RS, which is its hardcore brother.
The Turbo is the super-fast, daily drivable supercar. Its much more docile than either the GT3 or the GT2. Its a street car thats wicked on a track. The GT3 is a track car thats awesome on the street. THeyre much easier to drive too.
In a straight line, the speeds go: GT2 then turbo, then GT3. On a track it goes GT2, then GT3 then turbo.
all three are faster than hell though.

The Porsche 911 Turbo (997) is faster then the 911 GT3 (997) but jus slightly and the 911 GT2 will hit 0-60 in 3.6 sec but the 911 Turbo can hit 0-60 with the Triptrionic S gear in 3.4 seconds but with a Normal 6 Speed Manual the 911 Turbo will hit 60 in 3.7 seconds which is 0.1 seconds slower then the Upcoming 911 GT2 (997) but the GT2 is faster at the top end, it'll do 204 mp/h, the GT2 is bassically a stripped down version of the 911 Turbo (997), but is way more expensive even then a Gallardo or F430 mine will cost me about 81,000 Kuwaiti Dinars well I thinks thts about $200,000.

The Turbo is faster in a straight line than a GT3 and has more power as it has 450bhp compared to 414bhp in the GT3 but round a track the GT3 might be quicker due to less weight and a more fucussed suspension set up. The GT2 is rear wheel drive but turbo powered car which is rumoured to have between 530bhp and 550bhp, it will be the first production 911 capable of 200mph.
