It is the kind of when someone feels when its the beginning of breastfeeding right after having a baby, she is feeling that kind of sore. Can anyone tell me what this could be a possible symptom of ?

Swollen breasts can be a PMS symptom. It *definitely* could be an indication of pregnancy. "Swollen/tender" doesn't really fit breast cancer, and especially as you said both breasts.
If your friend has engaged in sex in the last 3 months, unprotected or otherwise , I'd vote "pregnant" (I say 3, because I assume if she's more than 3 months pregnant, she would have clued in to the missed periods). Some women experience swollen/tender breasts as soon as two weeks into a pregnancy. So your friend could be pregnant and not have noticed the missed period yet.

Breasts become sore during the week before your period. It's a very common symptom, but does not always occur during every cycle. She will probably need to take a pill for PMS symptoms or Ibuprofen.

This could have something to do with the pituitary gland (a gland at the back of our brain) causing these symptoms but the only way to know for sure is to see her doctor for further evaluation.

Being pregnant! Check that first, but if she's not then go to a doctor asap could be a sign of breast cancer.

maybe some dude is sucking on them too hard. She might need a bra. Or she might want to check for breat cancer. there is a new form, well it has been around but most women dont know of it, of cancer that goes undetected. she should go see a dr.
