I have had this thing on my vagina for about 4-5 weeks now. It started out as just a small lump that felt like a ball under the skin of my outer vagina. It progressivly got bigger and I think infected until it swelled to the size of a large marble(very painful). Eventually it popped and a liquid that had a foul odor to it and looked like a mix of puss and blood came out. It has now gone down in size considerably but it is still there and sometimes still pusses, but now every once in a while it will start to itch really bad and when I itch it it hurts. If someone can help me figure out what this is and how to get rid of it I would really apprecieate it. Thank You!

My girlfriend had the same thing. The doctor had to give her some medicine for it. It came back again two years later and she took the medicine again. It hasn't been back in 5 years.
May be fecal matter getting on your vagina.

Hi Jen Jen, You need to go to the doctor A.S.A.P. Don't mess around with your health specially in the area that you are having pain and nasty foul puss and blood coming out of your vagina. This is a serious infection now go to your doctor. It might of spread the infection all over inside your vagina. Good Luck.

it sounds to me like you either had a cyst, or an infected ingrown hair. Either way, until it fully heals, it will be sore. I would suggest a warm, moist compress to help extract all of the infection, and you may want to go to a doctor possibily for antibiotics if it doesn't clear up within a few more days.

It sounds like a Bartholins Cyst and may just need antibiotics but it may need cleaning and a minor surgical procedure called marsupialisation (cleaning the pouch) to prevent it coming back. Get to a Dr. A.S.A.P. Not trying to be facetious, if ur mother never told u how girls are to wipe thier bottoms, u never wipe ur anus toward ur vagina. Reach around to wipe ur anus from the rear and when wiping after a pee don't touch ur anus, getting feces in ur vagina can cause all kinds of problems. I'm serious about this, a lot of mothers don't teach thier daughters squat.

It sounds like a cyst and should be checked by your doctor. You may need antibiotics or other treatment.

I'd say it sounds like a pimple, but the itching sounds different...Check with a doctor if it's herpes or something...
