Most California colleges will be about 25% Asian. I think most universities will have a similar population. Each college in the US will likely have their cultural statistics on their websites, or a way you can email the school for the breakdown.

All the UCs.
UC Irvine has the highest percentage of Asian students. It's so high, US News doesn't consider it to be a diverse school b/c it has so many Asians, there aren't enough other nationalities to be considered "diverse". One year, I believe the school reported 66% Asians.
