Pure cocao (the bean chocolate is made from) is very healthy.
Milk chocolate is cocoa made with a bunch of addatives. It just depends on what you want from the cocoa.
It will always give you the "chocolate high." But HOW you eat it will dictate how healthy it is for you.
The purer, the more healthy.

Is the chocolate in question surrounded by other chocolate? Is there a brownie recipie inyour family that is moist and "herby"? Is it any chocolate besides "White"? I'm thinink eat the chocolate.
