If I have to select from your list then the most difficult ones are:
Afridi's 37 ball century (not 35)
Vaas's 8 for 19
There are few other tough records you have missed which will be difficult to break:
Tendulkar's over 15000 runs
Afridi's strike rate of 109 from the list of people who have scored more than 1000 runs.
Haynes highest 148 on dubut.
120 times Tendulkar have scored more than 50 runs
J. Garner's bowling average of 18.8 from the list of people who took more than 100 wickets.
also J. Garner gave only 3.09 runs per over in his career.
156 catches in career as a fielder by Azharuddin.
5 catches in an inning by Jonty Rhodes.
54 man of match awards to Tendulkar.
185 concecutive matches by Tendulkar.
331 run partnership by Dravid and Tendulkar.

Solid Question!!
Of course the memorable record of scoring 438 runs by South Africa is very very difficult.
Secondly Saeed Anwar's 194 runs in the ODI against India is also a tough record to be broken.

CRICKET GOD's record of 41(or more) centuries is the toughest dude because all the other records can be broken in just 1 day but to brake CRICKET GOD's record u will have to play consistently for 16 or more years which is a tough tough task. His record stands out tall to all other records.

According to me the most difficult record to break is the 41 centuries scored by Sachin Tendulkar. I have doubts whether this record can be broken by any batsman in the history of cricket.

Has anyone get 10 wickets in a ODI innings? I think Kumble got 10 but it might have been in a test match. 10 wickets in 60 balls? Sounds pretty difficult my friend.

very few of these will be broken. murali is certainly the greatest off-spinner of all time, and it has been riveting to watch quality spin from murali and warne, who have revived a dying art. but i don't rate the man of the match awards record very highly - this award was not given in earlier times. bradman in his 52 tests would have broken it or at least come very close - for comparison murali has played 132 so far.
