Its not a disease. It has to be either an ingrown hair or a pimple. Give it several weeks before you consult a doctor.

It's more than likely just a ingrown hair or a pimple. Just keep an eye on it. Sometimes if you sweat a lot it can irritate the skin and cause the little red bumps. Use anti-bacterial soap when you bathe and wash the area well.

The only thing I can think of is Molluscum Contagiosum. It is a common skin disease caused by a virus which affects the top layers of the skin. The name molluscum contagiosum implies that the virus develops growths that are easily spread by skin contact. Molluscum are usually small flesh-colored or pink dome-shaped growths that often become red or inflamed. They may appear shiny and have a small indentation in the center. If this sounds like what you have you should go to the doctor, if it doesn't you should go anyway. It may be something that you can spread to others.

It might just be a pimple, or ingrown hair, sometimes people get 'em down yonder.
