Why not, cigarettes are legal and they are way more deadly than marijuana.

Absolutely! The only reason our government hasn't already is because of the red tape involved in taxation. It's the same as alcohol in that regard-which was illegal during prohibition simply because they couldn't make their dime with all the home brewing going on. They made moonshine illegal and easily prosecutable, and now we all pay our taxes to Uncle Sam with every 12 pack bought at Circle K......that's more difficult to do for a plant we would all grow ourselves to avoid paying a ridiculous amount to the government. Medical marijuana users have been charged an outrageously unfair amount in the U.S. states that have legalized it's use. Even if you get a license and prescription to purchase, it's virtually unaffordable.
Marijuana is the safest recreational drug, yet the governement spends more in the war on drugs each year fighting and prosecuting it's use than all otherdrugs combined-crack, heroin, meth, etc. Rent the documentary "Weeds" narrated by Woody Harrelson. It's very informative, and will give you plenty of statistics and historical reference about the fight to legalize/decriminalize marijuana.
Marijuana is not addictive, not a gateway drug, has NEVER been fatal to a user, and has medicinal and psychological benefits. It doesn't case people to become junkies, or a burden to society. Can we say that about cigarettes or alcohol? No, but it lines the pockets of our politicians, and that's what seems to be important.

yes, and why not otherwise? ever heard of someone getting in a deadly wreck high? but you have while drunk. they act like its some kind of psychedelic drug or something and all it does is make one more passive and relaxed. I had to stop due to employment concerns, and isnt that one more way the government runs our lives? The only reason its not is because the government cant figure out a way to control its distribution. Probably wouldnt be a good grade anyway.

Its a plant to can help ease someones pain. Why wouldn't we legalize it? How is that any different from any other remedies? They all came from plants why are we against this one?

Also I am pro legalization of marijuana usages for non medicinal usages too. Why not? They do it in europe.

Yes I would. I think it should be widely available especially for the sick. It can encourage some eating, needed when your off your food. Settles nausea and relaxes your muscles which can help with pain. I think the government will never make it legal because they make far too much money off it now eg. fines.
