You have the right to have custody of your child as a mother under the law.

He can do anything he wants in a court of law as long as he is afforded a hearing. To do that he needs to file the proper papers...to do that he will probably need a lawyer. A lawyer will need more than his word will want proof will want to win in court. So here are the questions you need to ask yourself...can he prove what he says. Is he the only one saying it or are there people who will back him up.
It is pretty rare for a man to go after an unborn child and you need to take a hard look at why he is doing this.

I will sum this up for you as simply as possible. GET A LAWYER. the state advocates office exists in most states to help get free legal assistance for those who can't afford it. As for all the rest of that, It is very hard to prove someone is an unfit parent without testimony from professionals or law enforcement. if he puts people on the stand to say you did something all you need to do is get someone else to say you didn't. then it becomes he said she said and the courts don't care. you can also consent to drug testing if he says you did drugs to disprove that one. Employment status only counts if he makes big money and you don't and even then it may backfire on him and he might end up paying big for child support. In the end just remind him that if anyone is caught lying on the witness stand that it is perjury and can land them in prison for months.
