What is the worst thing you have found in your food?

My friend found a band-aid on a frozen pizza
Another friend found the back of an ear-ring in a packet of M&M's
I bought my mother in-law an electric wok and when she opened it ,it had blood on the instruction manual

I went to India and they served rice pudding and at the bottom they put some pungent disgusting spice - i bet they put it in there to keep bugs away or something, but I ate it like it was supposed to be there and I nearly threw up - no joke , I had to spit it out even though I tried to chew it - yuck! just thinking about it makes my feel a little sick. If anyone knows what it was I would be grateful to find out!

Many years ago, a toenail in the sauce on top of my veal parmigiana. I know it was a toenail because it was so big. (Like someone clipped a real long big toe nail and it flew into the sauce, but what was someone clipping toenails for in the kitchen???)

i found maggots living inside a cooked chicken from walmart and one time some sort of worms in a strawberry pie i dont remember where from

i worked at a Chinese food restaurant and had to pick the dead roaches out of the dry rice before i could cook it....(never ate their food) I found a piece of the charcoal brick you use to clean the grills in fast food places inside my bean burrito I was so mad...they didn't even apologize
