You cannot change the frequency of AC mains it is 50 Hz, you have to create your own dynamo to vary the frequency and to add two AC.

There are frequency multiplier circuits to increase the frequency but for household appliances, that is not needed. A generator is another way of getting AC of a desired frequency, used for induction heating furnaces in industry.
