When the striker hit a ball and it touches the hand of the bowler and the ball reflected on the stumps at non striker’s end & the bails lodged and during this action the non-striker bats man is out of his popping crease and he will be declared run out. Do you justify this rule?

Yes. It constitutes as a run out. Bowler's reflexes are better. The batsman caught wanting. Nothing wrong in it.

The rule is very just. The non-striker should not be out of his crease until it is safe for him to run. Although, nowadays it is custom to start moving down the pitch as the bowler runs in. Its a very tough one, but rules are rules!

In normal course if the batsman is out of his crease when the bail is dislodged, he is declared out. The same yardstick is applicable in this case also as the non-striker is out of the crease when the bail is dislodged at this end. Hence there is nothing wrong in it.

YES.Definitely.It is the bowler who is intentionally touches(deflects) the ball in its way.hence it should be given out.
OTHERWISE ,If the ball gets a faintset of the edges of the bat and carring to the keeper should also be declared NOT OUT.

Of course. I think this rule is accepted by everyone and all the teams are satisified with it. The non striker is eventually run out!! That's it.....Nothing wrong in the rule.....

Such runouts are necessary as it gives a twist to the game, even thou in some cases it may be unfair to one team.
