Yes I could kick his *** (6'2" and tough as nails) But where does that leave me? I just want peace. I've lived in Oakland CA. I've seen more violence than most people have seen in movies (and I can take care of myself). I'm staying at a friends house tonight.

The police in the US can only help you if you/ve been shot by a gun. I think I'll move to Australia.

Insist on a police report anyway. Should anything happen later, at least there is a record of the threat.

Call the police and have him arrested. Or can't you do that in the USA? We certainly can in civilised countries like Australia that have strict gun control laws.

Just tell your neighbor please stop threaten me its not funny.Also tell him how would you fill if i said i was going to threaten you with a gun. If he still says that just find a better place to live.
