Greenbelt if you are a top-end person. It features world-renowned brands that are difficult to find in other Asian cities and have the most hip bars which cater to the upper-class and children of expats. Mostly mixed-race crowd.

Libis if you are a upper-middle class person. Most yuppies go here to chill out and have fun. It also has a wide range of coffee shops and it is quite noticeable that nearly everyone have their Wi-Fi enabled laptops with them.

Malate if you are in the middle-class or low-end. While former Manila mayor have spearheaded the gentrification of Malate, it still and will remain a haunt for offenders and other criminals.

I prefer malate! the people are less pretentious and you can meet different kinds of people.... I should know because i'm living in malate for two years now and went to most of the streets like nakpil, malvar,v. cruz, san andres and etc.... The parties are great and the crowds are the best!

Yup, just like the previous answer states, there's one at the ground level of Lucky Plaza. The place's lighted with neon lights you sure can't miss. Why don't you run a search on them for their web address?
