so, I have a question, that im yet to find the answer for after going google crazy...

If you fall pregnant, does your LH level stay elevated after you ovulate, or does it drop back down to normal levels whether pregnant or not?

I know after you ovulate, it drops, if not pregnant, BUT if you catch the egg does it stay up??

(very quiet at work today)

No, LH only surges once during a normal cycle and it peaks about 36hours before the egg is released. The LH surge can last 1-3 days. But it does go back down and whether or not you get pregnant your LH will not surge again that cycle.
Now, if you are talking about using an LH or OPK to test for pregnancy, yes, it can be done. Here's how-- http://www.peeonastick.com/opkhpt.html
