Pre-C um can get you preggo you kno! try using them when you start not just after. either that or get on the pill, its not unpleasant, easy to get and you wont have to worry all the time about using a condom if you are in a relationship with one partner. Have him tested if you get a new partner b4 havin sex without condoms because of the risk of STDs

Start putting when you have your period on a calendar, so when you go to the doctors you can look it up and in form them when your last period was.
You may be pregnant, even if you had protected sex.

I have a calender (get 1) write it down. my period sometimes comes 2 weeks late. Then when i really stress about it i usually start
