Will the other wizards from a distant country help england? as Dubledore had gone, nobody thwarting Voldemort no longer.
we know Beuxbatons and Durmstrang for sure. will they help, in some way?
or the world will just leave England (ministry), Hogwarts, The Order and Harry alone?

Beauxbatons is a maybe. We know Madam Maxine agreed to assist Hagrid on his mission to the giants, however we don't know if she'd still be willing to help now. And we don't know about her students or the teachers at Beauxbatons.

Durmstrang is a bit harder to tell. We know it's headmaster, Karkaroff is now dead. And as his students returned to Durmstrang without him as he'd fled when he realized Voldemort had returned, it's likely Durmstrang already had a new headmaster. However, whether or not the school would be willing to assist in the battle against Voldemort under it's new headmaster is still difficult to say as Durmstrang is know to teach the dark arts.

Then there are other wizarding schools we don't know nearly enough about. For that matter we don't know as much about Beauxbatons and Durmstrang as we do Hogwarts. Beauxbatons is in France and if we base it on what we know about Hogwarts students, then we assume they only accept witches and wizards from France. Hogwarts covers only witches and wizards in Britian and Ireland (One assumes this means England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland under Britian and the Republic of Ireland under Ireland). Durmstrang is difficult to tell as we don't know where exactly it's located except somewhere in northern Europe where the days are really short in winter. But judging from Malfoy's comment in "Goblet of Fire" that his father almost sent him there, either they accept folks from the country their located along with anyone intrested in the dark arts or else Karkaroff would have made an acception for Lucius Malfoy's son. Or it could be they accept nearly anyone as long as their not muggle-born.

From "Goblet of Fire" we know there's a school in Brazil where Bill Weasley had a pen pal. Also in the same chapter is one Salem Witches Institute, which may or may not be the name of the US witches and wizards school. We do know from Rowling did with South West News Service in 2000 that US witches and wizards have their own school. "Goblet of Fire" never exactly states the Salem Witches Institute is a school, but it also never states it's not either.

We know that Madame Maxime was helping Hagrid speak with giants in Book 5 so I guess they would figure in the last book. And Fleur will marry Bill, won't she? I don't know about Dumstrang since the only connection with Harry is Victor Krum through Hermione and they had a sort of falling out, haven't they? Even if they appear in the last book, I guess it would just be minimal.
