I've been looking around for this for quite a while and just don't now where to look. I've tried countless sites and no one seems to make one for this bike since its so rare. Also i need to find a place to buy the boots that connect the cylinder to the carburetors.

The bike was made in 1990.
Also on one site it said the carb type was a VG06 if that helps at all.

How old is the bike?

It is very hard to find parts like this for older bikes. Most of the time you just disassemble the carbs and soak the carbs to remove any gunk. Then reassemble and try to set float levels as best as you can if you can't find specs. If you need to you can probably 'hammer cut' a replacement gasket if yours are in tough shape.

The boots may be tough to find, unless you can figuire out a cross reference. One thing that might help you, is that alot of those carbs are very similiar. and if you can find the right opening, and about the right length.

If you can find a good used bike shop, they might be able to help you out with some of the cross reference stuff. But becareful as some of those guys will sell you anything they think they can talk you into.

first of all... detect a diverse mechanic. the single you have been speaking to is attempting to tear you off. do not know what the yellow spongy stuff interior the gas tank is... that would desire to be a prior proprietor's attempt at sealing the interior the tank with the incorrect chemical compounds. there isn't any way available that there would desire to be "metallic shavings" in the carburetor bowls that got here from the gas tank. there will be rust flakes, yet it is person-friendly adequate in a 30+ 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous motorbike. you do not would desire to swap the gas tank, whether you will desire to discover a clean one to apply as a alternative. All it desires is an intensive cleansing and a suited gas tank sealer. I agree that changing the gasoline lines and filter out is a fabulous first step in resolving your issues, yet i might have the carburetors long surpassed by and synchronized too, alongside with new spark plugs and air filters.
