Jay can be a funny dude.
Apparently, this joke is lost on the Bushies.
Congress approval rating is so low because they refuse to impeach the criminals in the White House or end the war -- both of which they were put in office in spite of election fraud to do.

This democratic congress has an approval rating of 9%... that's the lowest approval rating for congress in HISTORY. Yes, a lot of what Bush is blamed for is not something he has control over. He can't do much without congress.

Surprisingly, they are higher than the Democrat controlled Congress. The fact that both approval ratings are so low is a sad commentary on this country. Even more worrisome is the fact that even with the low Congress ratings, we are determined to pick one of these losers for President.

I'm really not sure why their approval rating is so low. All they've managed to do so far is raise minimum wage and their own salaries. That's pretty good, neither one does any serious damage.
