Wrestling is not entirely fake some of the hits are real and the high risk maneuvers are very real however they cant allow the the wrestlers to place themselves in danger night after night so they have developed certain scrips to make the show more lively if u know what i mean, when a wrestler hits his opponent he uses the side of his fist not his knuckles, but even tho he uses the sides of his fists that does not mean that it don't hurt, the weapons such as the chairs, garbage cans and the famous ladders are real tools but they are made with a metal by the name of tin,it hurts when u get hit but it does not have a deadly impact.high risk maneuvers such as the ones the hardy boys and the cruiser weight fighters take are very real, they would practice so as they wont get hurt during the match, but it does not always go as planned accidents do happen where the wrestlers get really hurt during the matches and have to be taken to the hospital.matches such as the first blood match is real because before the match is over u have to make your opponent bleed.the most dangerous and real matches are the ladder matches if they jump off that ladder and land on an opponent it will definately hurt because of gravity so i wont say that its entirely fake i would say it 60% real and 40% scripted.

Yes, it is fake and they will tell you that it is! It is a very awesome show! They train and practice to do the awesome stunts that they do. They do it for the fans. It is like an art for them and they love it. Very seldom does anyone get hurt because they are so careful and prepared.wrestling is choreographed and is like an art. It is very entertaining to watch. Yes, they do get injured sometimes because even the most carefully practiced stunt can go wrong so of course there is some risk as there is in any physical performance. I love wrestling and have since I was 15yrs old. It is some good entertainment.

Its not really an opinion. Professional wrestling is scripted and mostly choreographed. It always has been. There are going to be injuries and it takes skill to pull of those moves, so I wouldn't call that fake.

yea wrestling is "scripted" but its not all fake..i mean taking a bump hurts..getting hit in the head with a chair hurts..being able to pull off a move takes talent..so yea its scripted and pre-determinded but u cant just say that its fake

Wrestling is scripted. However, moves do hurt, just not as bad as they seem.

You are 100% correct - it is scripted. There are injuries however, but mostly because the wrestlers are too high or too tired and get hurt because of it. There needs to be a government investigation into the WWE and Vince McMahon before more people die.

Is a movie? Is a magic show? Is a play?
It's all a preformance art. And like any preformance art, it envolves the suspention of disbelief. 98% of the WWE's audience knows that it is not a compatation and it's not meant to be.
