I'm sorry but I don't know what P&S is. Could you mean PMS? You know men go through it too it's called "Premanstrel Syndrome." It sucks bad but different. We get out of our skins with aches, hot flashes and sadness. It's as if someone locked a tweetie cage over my head. The birds are mean, don't like me much. It's so dark and empty, like a creepy cave with no exits. Ah, so tired to do anything about it right now. Woh is me. It wont stop. My nipples bother me if I don't wear loose cotton. It really sucks. And you girls thought you were th only one. Your not alone. I'm getting so verklempt, gotta go....
