I was at lunch with a few friends, and we were talking about teeth and how good teeth and straight teeth, and braces and that stuff. Suddenly I blurted out "I should start brushing my teeth". LOL! There was a few moments of utter silence then I finally realized what I said. I didn't mean it like that, I meant to say like I should start really doing a good job, using floss and swush and all that! lol it's still funny though
(btw, I got out of bed...er fouton just to tell you guys this thing I suddenly remembered!) :-P

I was working in a college bookstore, running a textbook buyback operation in one of the student centers. I was in charge, and the guy who hands out the cash. This is a private Midwestern university. A young lady comes through my line wearing a Boston Red Sox T-shirt. I am a die-hard Yankee fan. So I say to her.
"Take off that shirt, and THEN I'll give you the money."
Luckily, she had a sense of humor. The second I regained the ability to speak, I apologized profusely and explained that I just hate the Red Sox. My employees loved that one.

I say inappropriate things so often, it's expected of me. I had cataract surgery in one eye, last week. I had to visit the doctor's office the next day to read the eye chart. I was so amazed I could read it without glasses, I blurted out Holy Hell! The doctor chuckled quietly. Everyone in the waiting room was either snickering or smiling at me as I left. It seemed like a really long walk to the door.

Yep. I was taking bible lessons from a lady I knew, who lived in the same apartment building that I did. A word said "gentiles" and I pronounced it as "genitals". OMG ... if there were a loose tile on the floor, I would have slithered under it. I've never been sooo embarrassed in all my life!! :(

When i was a really young kid (about 4yrs old), my Mom said that when my Grandmother came over for a visit, that I told her that I wished she hadn't came, because we were about to go visit my Aunt. I really shouldn't have said that lol

in the cafeteria at the hospital...they had this really coarse thick black pepper...so I got up to ask for some packets and said "I don't like this big black pecker." I meant pepper and everyone heard it and started laughing...it was embarrassing
