Paris!
The three times I've been to Europe, I flew in an out of London because I have friends and family there, then hopped over to the continent. All three times, the truckers in France have been on strike, and when they strike they park their trucks across the railroad tracks so the rail system is grounded. So, I've seen every country in Europe -- except France!
Next time, I'll just rent a damned car!
