If you feel you need to change. Write down the things you want to change. List the things you can do to possibly correct them. Change is the hardest thing a person can do. If you feel yourself going back to the same behavior take a deep breath and think about what you are doing. Writing a journal would be very helpful you could see day to day what you have done or said. It will give you an incite into yourself. Good luck and God bless

I am a Buddhist, I chant Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo for that. Sometimes it only takes me a few minutes, somethings I have been working on since I began in February 1969.
