My question to you is "what do you make of a woman that would do something like that?"

That sounds to me like he is playing it up, so that you think he is a good guy making a hard decisions, instead of realizing he is a dirt bag that is cheating on his wife. He will play that role with you until he gets some. Then he will change over to I want to leave her but the time is not right. And you will be feeling used.

I'd steer well away from him. I mean, if he's going to cheat on his wife for you, then if you guys got together, he'd cheat on you too. And so many people's feelings are at stake here, not only yours, but his wife's, and children's (if he has any).
Seriously, i just wouldn't get involved before anyone gets seriously hurt.

Drop him. There is nothing good in an unfaithful man, just heartache for everyone. Get out of that situation as soon as possible.
If he doesn't leave you alone, threaten to tell his wife. That works 75% of the time.

No. This guy needs to sh-it or get off the pot. You don't need him.
I have seen this before. You must cut him off. It's one thing to cheat on your wife, but it's another thing to talk big, hot and dirty, and then wilt and fold at the last minute. This is a terrible character defect, one of the worst. You need someone who can at least commit to his indiscretion.

He wants to cheat, but when you told him you want him he freaked out because it might really happen, and that made him feel guilty.
Stay away from married guys, there's so many other guys out there that aren't taken. It's not worth the drama and heartache that inevitably happens.

this guy wants u to beg for him so that he will not be blamed for not be responsible to u if anything goes wrong. not because he feel guilty for his wife. trust me! he will treat u the same way later.....after he gets what he wants, he will leave u and u cannot blame him because he will said its u who wants him. before u get into troubles, better leave this guy.....maybe u'll find it hard to do so because u want him too, so do it slowly. maybe u can start by not answering his phone calls and try not to meet him alone.
