Well if Roger Goodell wasnt already considering suspending Michael Vick, I dont see how he couldnt now. I mean the guys just been indicted by the federal government. I mean even without being proven guilty of anything he should be suspended for the whole season. In any case where the federal government is getting involved with a player he should be suspended for the whole season. I think the Falcons are really regretting trading Matt Schaub now. It's strange to think that just a couple years ago, we all thought that Michael Vick was the good one of the Vick brothers. I mean Marcus Vick did pot and stepped on a guys leg in a football game, but Michael is being accused of being involved in dog fighting and killing dogs. I mean that is a whole new level.

he will plead guilty get 1 months in jail after the season.just like tank. because all though he was the supplier, fbi says he they dont think he was active trainer, or showed physical rep at the fighting, infact wont go to jail unless 3 minor federal offenses are charged. pleading guilty on 3 counts will give 1 month instead of 4-5. he will only get charged with animal cruelty which is like getting a speeding ticket.

who knows it depends on wither he is convicted or not. i mean we will not see a punishment from the comish until we find out. since the offenses are so severe it is a very delicate situation. and i dont expect the falcons to do any thing about it yet cause they dont want to get egg on their face like the bears did with the tank johnson thing. i mean if they were to act to release or suspend him and then he is exonerated it would be an embarrassment to what you could say is the most image conscience team in all of pro sports, the atlanta falcons.

Couple of high-priced lawyers in the criminal case.

Appeal and players union grievance of any team/league disciplinary measures.

Lot of well-paid TV appearances explaining his side of the story.

4-5 record for the Falcons by the time everybody comes to their senses and says enough is enough and asks Vick to sit out the remainder of the season.

A real eye opener I hope. IF he is guilty of this CRIME either by participation or involvement, I hope it's jail time, a huge fine, release from the team and shame, shame, shame!
