Why do people into African voodoo take ways from Native Americans?

I myself am a native american pagan, and do not seek any kind whatsoever of voodoo, or any knowledge thereof.

It could be the phenomena known as "Spontaneous Inspiration"

It is when a meme surfaces in the minds of several individuals at the same time under unrelated circumstances... which happens quite often.

Or how a meme will start to spread and grow, and pop up some where geographically unrelated with no means of the meme to spread (studies before the net =p)

This consept goes into the idea that meme's and ideas an exsist in a transnationals state in say the 4th, 5th, or 6th demention.... and that people with an open awareness will be supseptable to these meme's ... .and find themself inspired by them.

It's possable africans and native americans just picked up on the same spirtal meme's .....

Remember during the hippie days and everybody was all about being "Indian", well there's people left over and there will always be "wannabe's". I was in Cali back then and saw a guy standing on the curb with a headdress on. I about fell out of the car. Stay away from these voodoo people, their in a class of their own and you have yours.
