If you really didn't take speed, then tell your dad that you did not take it, and you want to take a drug test to prove it. He can then take you to your doctor to have a test performed that will tell him whether or not you took the drug. There is no way he can argue with a test!
Good Luck

I'm assuming that you have a LOT of energy, are zinging around the house and your dad is actually kidding about your using the drug? See the links below for more info.

* Speed (amphetamine or methamphetamine) is a stimulant drug.
* It produces alertness, confidence, raises levels of energy and stamina.
* It reduces appetite and lessens the desire and ability to sleep.

But it's no picnic...

* Regular use can produce a need to increase the dose to get the same effect, and can lead to physical dependence on the drug.
* Speed can produce a powerful craving for more of the drug.
* Long-term use can result in serious mental and physical problems.
* Can lead to myriad medical conditions

speed is an amphetamine that pretty much has the same effect of drinking a couple pots of coffee. It raises your heart rate, makes you really really alert, and keeps you awake. It decreases a person's appetite as well. A lot of truck drivers will abuse speed so they can stay on the road longer. It's really not good on your body.

Currently it only legal if prescribed by a doctor. many people abuse it and that's what makes it illegal.

I wouldn't worry about your dad accusing you of taking it. If you're not taking it, then you have nothing to hide. That, and it's pretty hard to accuse someone for something that they don't even know what it is.

Next time he accuses you of taking drugs, tell him to call the doctor and request you take a drug test. When the test comes back negative, tell him his distrust of you hurts your feelings.

Speed is an illegal drug.

Just tell your dad you have no idea what or why he is asking this and that if he doesnt beleive you that you are more then willing to go have a drug test done.
