i give stars coz people deserve them!

People are catching on to the star thing.
When I read the Questions, if it is a good one it gets a star. I don't know what they do or are good for, but it does give the person asking the question an idea on how they are doing.
I also rate the people that answer my Questions (jokes). Yes, I actually read them all.
