"Talent" as defined in showbiz, is the One That Is Seen, as opposed to "Crew" which is unseen.

Both have talents. The One That Is Seen is expected to Play To The Audience. This role garners more applause. The one that is not seen works tirelessly to make the production worthy of applause. Without "Crew", "Talent" could not be effective. Without "Talent", "Crew" would just be sitting around. We work together.

The Goal of Talent is to be Visible. The Goal of Crew is to be Invisible.

In all honestly I think you need to clarify your question. Where are you and what kind of job do you want? What is your talent exactly?
