400 hundred for clothes 200 for shoes. 100 for supplies and 20 for lunch. while shopping. shopping makes one hungry!

I think it depends on several facors
1 how much money your parents have to spend
2 how many other children need new school things
3 have you saved any money over the summjer
4 should you buy what you want or what you need for the 8th
grade
5. Think about all you bought for the 7th grade
Did you realy use it or was it tossed after a few weeks,

I have two 13 year olds and I'll probably spend a couple of hundred dollars on each girl easily before school starts and then again when winter time hits. Maybe even more then that depending on what still fits them from last year. And that doesn't include shoes!!

I have a 13 year old daughter too. about $200.00. We start back to school here on August 27th, and it will be too hot for alot of the clothes right now. These will come later. Plus, I always tell her to wait and see what all the kids are wearing.

Depends on the kid I think. And if you're talking clothes or supplies. As for clothes, alot of kids HAVE to have brand name stuff and have expensive stuff. Personally, I wouldn't spend more than a couple hundred dollars on school clothes for my daughter. Hopefully when my time comes she won't be a brand name fiend. If she's not happy with Target or $25 jeans she's going to GoodWill! lol

Less than $50 without clothes. I have three boys, so no idea regarding cost of new school clothes for girls -- best guesstimate probably $200-250 max.

about 175 this would include everything. I give my daughter her money and tell her to bargain shop. It make a diff. when they pick up the 30.00 jeans and then look back see there's not much left to go on. They learn quickly about clearance racks.
