First of all
In order to MAINTAIN a democracy -- there would have to BE a democracy -- which there is none there !! This "go-for-the-show" garbage that we have seen made so much of -- people there at the voting booths -- ect. --- Is nothing more than a made-for-media event to make the puppet government "shell" we have installed there look feasible and legitimate to the outside world !! There is no true democracy within Iraq -- nor is there likely to BE one there in the forseeable future !!!
Next, the use of nuclear weapons within this country for ANY reason would be counter to the designs that the "powers that be" have in the region ---- which is --- long term occupation and the use of this place as a "staging zone" for future exploits into the other countries within this area of the world !! And, it would jepardize the thousands of "contract workers" that are fevorishly working on hundreds of PERMINENT facilities within that country designed for the long term occupation BY American military and diplomatic overseers !! And, it would bring to nill the billions upon billions of taxpayer dollars that have been INVESTED in the long term business exploits within this region that are designed to benefit the power mongers and super elite financial backers of the present administration !!!

So, NO, you can't maintain something that doesn't exist !!
And, it would be counterproductive to destroy a trillion dollar investment for the sake of simply eliminating a particular unsightly "problem" !!!!

um my answer, even though you may not agree, is no. The fact is that you can't solve anything with the use of Nukes. and the fact of this is that other countries will start to see that the only way the US will fight is through the use of war heads. which would most likely lead to another world war. :3 have a nice day
